Hurricane

Hurricane is a HIIT class that mimics the conditions of a hurricane, such as wind, rain, debris, and obstacles. Led by personal trainer Steve Obe.

Cycle

Cycle is a high-energy indoor cycling class that will get your heart pumping and your legs moving.

Fusion

A high-energy workout that combines strength-training circuits with short intervals of cardio, plyometrics, and core work.

HIIT

HIIT classes are designed to improve participants all-round strength, metabolic conditioning, functional movement and athleticism.

Bootcamp

High-intensity bootcamp class that uses functional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and resistance bands.

Trim

This class will push you to your limits with a series of high intensity exercises that involve reps, sets, and calories.

Pump

Pump up your fitness with this barbell workout that will sculpt and tone your entire body. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.

Plate

This class will challenge you to use a weight plate as the only equipment for a full-body workout.

Circuits

Our take on the tried-and-tested results guaranteed circuit class. Designed to work you at your own pace, this class is for all levels and abilities.

Warrior

Warrior is a workout that will challenge your whole body with weight training exercises. Warrior is a combination of barbell and kettlebell exercises.
