Lifting Platforms

Our Hero Area includes two lifting platforms which give you the stability you need when lifting, as opposed to just lifting on a rubber covered floor. Several inches thick, the platform is easier on your joints and is much better for you than performing the ballistic lifts on a concrete surface.

Boxing pads and equipment

Using boxing pads is not only a great workout but also intellectually stimulating, and fun! It helps develop natural fighting reflexes, rhythm, timing, and accuracy. Turn those boring gym workouts into a fun boxing championship – you vs. the punch bag!

Peg climbing board

Peg board training has been used for decades to increase upper body strength and is similar to using a chinning bar, as peg board training uses your own body weight as resistance.

Climbing ropes

Our gym climbing ropes are excellent for improving your overall fitness and body strength, as well as being one of the simplest exercises you will come across. Rope climbing has been used as an exercise for centuries, dating back hundreds of years to Ancient Greece.
