BodyPump Class

For this workout you’ll be using light barbell weights alongside high-repetitions of squats, presses and lifts, all backed by a pumping soundtrack. It’s not about lifting heavy weights, but burning calories whilst building strength. Your trainer will guide you through the cardio-based weight training exercises that work a number of different muscle groups, and by the end of the hour-long class, you will have performed up to 800 repetitions!
