You can request to freeze your membership payments for up to 6 months per year using Debit Finance Collections (DFC) payment portal.
Remember we require 14 days’ notice before your Direct Debit is due to be able to apply a freeze.
You will need your DFC reference number (emailed to you when you first signed up) to access the portal. If you no longer have this, don’t worry, simply use the contact us page and we will send it to you.
