Join us for a high-energy workout that combines strength-training circuits with short intervals of cardio, plyometrics, and core work. This class is for all levels of fitness, with both high intensity and low-impact options. Our Fusion workout is a metabolism-boosting workout utilising multiple joint movements and full-body exercises performed at a high intensity. Its designed to provide non-stop athletic conditioning of a variety of muscle groups.
