High-Intensity Interval Training Class

A HIIT workout, or a high-intensity interval training class, will see you giving 100% effort during quick and intense bursts of exercises, before short recovery periods, then going again. You’ll be completing fast-paced surges of jumping, planking, lunging and more that will certainly get your heart rate pumping. It leads to an increase in EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), which means your body will burn calories at a higher than normal rate once you’ve finished the workout.

Our 30-minute HIIT workout is suitable for all levels of fitness and is available at our Slough gym.
