Total Mobility Workout Class

Core/Mobility classes are low intensity, whilst still being dynamic and heart rate raising. The classes are bodyweight workouts that are specifically designed for those who regularly take part in functional Core Training, strength training and high intensity workouts. The key aim of Core/Mobility is to improve your range of motion.

A 30-minute total mobility workout class is available at our Bracknell gym and uses scaled exercises and movement progressions to ensure it’s suitable for all abilities.
