Junior Memberships
Building Strength and Confidence from a Young Age
At Absolutely Fitness, we believe that fitness is not just for adults—it’s an essential part of growing up! Our specially designed memberships cater to children and teenagers, fostering a love for physical activity while promoting healthy habits.
With age-appropriate equipment led by experienced instructors, your children will get the guidance they need to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each membership includes personalised fitness inductions and goal-setting to ensure that every teen can track their progress and achievements.
Junior fitness for 14 and 15 year olds
Our Junior Memberships are for 14 and 15 year olds to use the gym while supervised by an adult. We recognize the unique needs of teenagers as they navigate their growth and development, and our program for 14 and 15-year-olds is designed to empower them not just physically but mentally. From strength training to cardio equipment, our gym is crafted to build confidence, resilience, and social skills—key elements for a healthy lifestyle.

Mandatory inductions
To keep everyone safe, kids gym members must take part in an induction sessions so they can learn how to use the facilities. Juniors will not be allowed to access the gym without having taken an induction.
Equipment restrictions
So everyone can workout within their limits, we have some age restrictions on our gym equipment. This is limited to just the equipment upstairs in our Slough and Bracknell gyms, and the equipment in the middle and right hand side of the Langley gym. This means that free weights and plate loaded equipment are out of bounds. but cardiovascular and fixed resistance machines such as treadmills and chest press machines and all good.
Supervising your child
Junior members need to have their supervising adult member, such as their parent or guardian, present at all times while they are working out. This ensures not just their safety, but also encourages a positive and supportive fitness experience. Parents can workout alongside their teens, so you can keep each other motivated!
