Junior Memberships

Building Strength, Confidence and Healthy Minds

At Absolutely Fitness, fitness isn’t just for adults – it’s essential for growing up healthy and happy! Our junior memberships for 14-15 year olds help teens manage school stress, reduce screen time, and boost confidence.

With age-appropriate equipment and expert instructors, your teen will build strength safely whilst you work out together as a family. Each membership includes a personalised induction and goal-setting to track progress.

Junior fitness for 14 and 15 year olds

Our Junior Memberships allow 14-15 year olds to use the gym whilst supervised by an adult.

Whether studying for GCSEs, managing school pressure, or looking for an outlet away from screens, our junior sessions provide the perfect solution. Teens can use cardio equipment and resistance machines to build confidence, reduce stress, and develop lifelong fitness skills.

Experts recommend at least 60 minutes of daily exercise for young people to benefit both physical and mental health – our memberships make this easy and enjoyable.

How It Works

Add a Junior membership to any adult membership, allowing your teen to train with you.

This isn’t just about safety – it’s an opportunity to bond as a family, stay motivated together, and share the fitness journey. Available at all our gyms: Bracknell, Slough, Langley, and Hemel Hempstead.

BENEFITS OF JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS:

Get Active, Not Just Online

Focus on Strength, Not Appearance

Smash School Stress

Build Real Confidence

Keeping your kids safe in our centre

Mandatory inductions

To keep everyone safe, kids gym members must take part in an induction sessions so they can learn how to use the facilities. Juniors will not be allowed to access the gym without having taken an induction.

Equipment restrictions

Free weights and plate-loaded equipment are restricted for safety. Teens can use all cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers) and fixed resistance machines (chest press, leg press, cable machines).

Why? This ensures teens build foundational strength and technique safely before progressing to advanced equipment.

Adult Supervision Required

Junior members must have their supervising adult (parent/guardian) present at all times.

The benefits:

  • Work out together and keep each other motivated
  • Celebrate progress as a family
  • Quality time away from everyday distractions
  • Teens feel confident trying new things with support nearby
