If you normally pay for your Absolutely Fitness membership by Direct Debit and would like to make a payment, or amend your bank details and personal information, then you can do so using our online portal.
You can freeze your membership payments for up to 6 months per year through our online membership portal. Simply go to the ‘Club Account Info’ section and update your membership status.
To request a freeze, please give at least 14 days’ notice before your next payment is due.
Click ‘Submit Freeze’ below to send your request, make sure to include the correct start and end dates.
Your freeze will be confirmed via email, and we may need to clarify details before processing, so please check your email regularly after submitting your request.
If you’re a Hero or Student member, or outside of your Fixed Term membership period, you can activate your 1-month notice period to end your membership using our quick request form.
If you have a Basic membership and are within your first 12 months, you can request to end your payments once your 12 monthly payments have been completed.
If you joined on a Hero membership during a promotional offer, you will also need to complete the contracted minimum payment period before your cancellation can take effect.
If you’ve missed a Direct Debit payment, you can view any outstanding invoices in your online membership portal by going to the ‘Club Account Info’ section. You can update your payment details or make your next payment at the gym on your next visit.
Please contact your club as soon as possible if you’ve missed a payment to avoid late payment fees.
Never cancel your Direct Debit without speaking to our membership team first, as this may lead to additional charges or loss of access.
Absolutely Fitness is a charitable organisation with all profits going to Absolutely Together, which aims to put smiles on the faces of families who have children and young adults with additional needs.
The families our gym charity supports often face physical and financial restrictions on the activities they are able to enjoy as a family, which can lead to social isolation, mental health problems and an inability to get their children active. Through your support of Absolutely Together, families can take part in activities which they may otherwise be unable to enjoy.
