We’ll continue sharing confirmed installation dates and refurbishment updates through the Absolutely Fitness App and our social media channels as soon as they’re confirmed.
Our aim is to keep the gym open throughout the refurbishment, with the majority of the work being completed while the gym remains operational.
However, there may be one or two days in October where we need to temporarily close parts of the gym, or the entire gym if necessary, to safely remove existing equipment and install our new Gym80 machines.
If any temporary closures are required, we’ll provide plenty of notice and keep members updated throughout the process.

We’re installing brand-new air conditioning throughout the Cardio Room, Weights Room, Ladies’ Gym and Boxing Room to create a much more comfortable training environment all year round.

We have one of the largest dedicated Ladies’ Gyms in Slough, which is currently receiving a major upgrade with additional strength equipment, new cardio equipment and a Pilates Reformer.

If you’ve never used one before, you can apply for our FREE 3-Day Pass and experience the gym before becoming a member.
The pass is available once per person and valid photo ID is required when activating your pass.
