Hi I’m Dave and I have been a PT with the charity since 2022. My passion is helping people reach their full potential. I like to push my clients to work hard whilst still having fun. My main goal is to help people feel strong and healthy and hopefully get them enjoying exercise.

Encouraged from a young age, fitness has always been a huge part of my life, including rowing at uni. From finding running in my late 30s, to now running from 5k to ultramarathons, I also enjoying HIIT and Hyrox style training.

My previous career in health, and being a mum to teenage boys, means I have a huge experience of encouraging and motivating people. I am proof that anyone is capable of more than they realise, and would love to help you achieve your goals!
