I am an award winning personal trainer focused on women’s health and wellbeing, with over four years of experience helping people of all ages achieve healthier, more vibrant lives. I hold a Level 3 qualification with a Menopause Certification and am actively pursuing Level 4 qualifications in Diabetes, Exercise Referral & Nutrition to broaden my ability to support clients with complex health needs.
My practice centres on evidence-based, individualised programs that combine strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and mindful self-care. I believe that sustainable progress starts with self-care, education, and a supportive coaching relationship. This belief grew from witnessing the lack of self-care opportunities for women in my community growing up, and it drives me to create empowering, realistic pathways to wellness.
