A ladies only gym area, which is separate from the main fitness centre, provides a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Using state-of-the-art technology, the Biocircuit sets up a simple 30-minute guided exercise programme giving you a perfect workout every time.
Our Hero Arena is our premier upgrade facility. It includes some of the most exclusive member benefits and equipment, such as lifting platforms, a boxing zone, sleds and climbing ropes, to help you achieve success.

We are located in the middle of the Slough Trading Estate, just off Buckingham Avenue, on the opposite side of the junction to the Premier Inn hotel. For Sat Nav use SL1 4QZ.
The closest train station is Burnham. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute walk from the gym, located on Buckingham Avenue. Buses 12 and 13 operate from Liverpool Road bus stop.
We offer ample free parking just outside our Slough gym, with spaces available at both the front and back of the building. Please use these spaces only while you are at our facility. Cars and other vehicles must not be left unattended in the parking area when you are not inside the gym.
Please Note: We do not take responsibility for any items left in your vehicle.
We have disabled access to the free weights area only.
We recommend booking a tour through the Book a Tour option on our website to ensure a staff member is available to show you around. Our tour timings are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
We offer two types of memberships:
Basic Membership:
This is a 12-month contract that requires you to complete 12 instalments before you are eligible to cancel.
Hero & Student Memberships:
These are usually non-contracted memberships. To cancel, you must provide one month’s written notice by completing the cancellation form on our website. Please ensure you do not cancel your Direct Debit until you’ve submitted your notice, as doing so may result in late payment fees.
Please note that some Hero Memberships may include a contract during promotional periods. We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions before joining to confirm the details of your specific membership.

Yes, male staff members do have access to the ladies-only gym. They will ring the doorbell before entering to notify you of their arrival. They enter the area to perform essential tasks such as cleaning, maintenance checks, assisting members, or conducting inductions.

Yes, the Ladies’ Gym is located within the main gym on the first floor, with a private entrance accessed through the cardio room. The area is fully enclosed to ensure privacy, no one from the main gym can see inside.
We are proud to have the largest Ladies-Only Gym in Slough, offering a comfortable and empowering environment for women to train confidently.
Please note that male staff members do have access to the Ladies’ Gym when necessary (for maintenance, cleaning, inductions or safety checks). They will always ring the doorbell before entering and wait a few minutes to give you time to prepare. This ensures your privacy and comfort are always respected.
If you ever have any concerns or require assistance while training in the Ladies’ Gym, please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of our team at reception, we’re here to help and make sure your experience is as positive and comfortable as possible. All inductions have to be pre-booked, they are free of charge and can be booked at the reception.
Yes, the Cardio room, Weights room, and Hero Arena room are all mixed and available for all members to use. The only area within the main building that is exclusively for female members is the ladies’ gym.
Yes, we have separate changing rooms for males and females. Both changing rooms are equipped with toilets and showers, with separate shower cubicles for privacy. The changing rooms are cleaned daily to ensure a hygienic environment.

Passes can be purchased at reception, card payments only, please. We recommend calling us before coming in to confirm availability.
You can buy passes during our staffed hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Yes, we do! We offer free gym inductions for all new members. You can book your induction at reception after joining, or call us on 01753 306974 to arrange a time.
Inductions last up to 30 minutes, and you can book one induction per membership or two inductions if you’re a Hero Member.
Yes, you can!
Hero Members: Free freezes available for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months per year.
Basic Members: Can freeze for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months per year at £3.99 per month.
Please note that a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required before your next payment date to process any freeze request.
To request a freeze, please go to our website and navigate to:

Fill in the Freeze Form and wait for a confirmation email, we may need to verify a few details before your freeze can be processed.

Cancellation Procedures
Our cancellation policy depends on the type of membership you hold:
Basic Memberships – These are 12-month contracted memberships. You must complete the full 12-month term before requesting a cancellation.
Hero and Student Memberships – These are month-to-month memberships and can be cancelled at any time by giving 1 month’s notice.
Please note: Some Hero memberships may also be on a contracted promotional offer (e.g. 3- or 12-month minimum term). This will be clearly stated when joining.

Never cancel your Direct Debit, as this will not cancel your membership. Memberships must be cancelled via the link above.
We do not accept cancellations at the desk, via social media, or over the phone.
All memberships are rolling, meaning they continue automatically after the initial term. You must always submit a cancellation request, memberships do not cancel automatically.
We’re open Monday to Friday from 6am to midnight.
Please note that after 10pm the reception is unstaffed, so if you need assistance or wish to speak to a team member, please visit during staffed hours.
