Bored of cardio and weights? Our dedicated Hero Arena functional training zone in our Slough gym is the perfect solution.

Functional training helps provide the strength, stability, and joint mobility you need to thrive in your daily life and sports using basic functional movement patterns such as pushing and pulling, squatting, rotating, hinging, walking and running. These movement patterns often involve two or more joints allowing for more effective workouts that focus on hip, core and back muscles.

Ladies Only Gym

Absolutely Fitness has a ladies only gym in Slough which offers all the main features of the main gym but with the added seclusion and privacy within which to enjoy a workout. Conveniently located next to the changing and shower room, it’s the perfect area to de-stress from the daily grind and start feeling super again, ready to take on the world!

You’ll find the following equipment in this ladies only area of our Slough gym: Treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, resistance weights, stretching area and power plate (located just outside of this area).

Chris has been a qualified personal trainer since 2012, following a highly  successful background in sports. He has worked with clients from a broad range of backgrounds and has experience helping those clients reach a variety of goals.

Chris provides training sessions aimed to motivate you, helping you to enjoy exercising in the gym, as well as life outside of it.

If you’re frustrated from not seeing the results you deserve, Chris offers tailor made plans designed to help you achieve your goals and make training exciting again. Nutrition plans and advice, in addition to 24-hour support, come included. This will assist you in forming positive habits – enabling you to achieve success in both the long and short term.

I’ve been in this game for 35 years and my sole aim is to help those who work with me achieve their fitness goals. If you`ve been struggling to achieve your desired fitness, stamina, strength and the shape then let me help you.

From M4 Westbound (to Reading, Bristol):

Exit junction 6, take second exit signposted A355. At the crossroads take A4signposted Maidenhead. Proceed for 3⁄4 of a mile; turn right at Total petrol station into Leigh road. Continue over the bridge and our Club entrance will be on your right side after 200 yards.

From M4 Eastbound:

Exit M4 Eastbound at junction 7, signposted Slough West A4. After leaving the motorway turn right at the roundabout and follow signs for Slough A4. After a mile or so, take a left at the TOTAL petrol station onto Leigh Rd. Continue over the bridge and our Club entrance will be on your right side after 200 yards.

From M40:

Exit M40 at junction 2 signposted A355. Proceed to junction of A355/A4 Bath Road and turn right towards Maidenhead. Proceed for 3⁄4 of a mile; turn right at Total petrol station into Leigh road. Continue over the bridge and our Club entrance will be on your right side after 200 yards.

From M25:
Exit M25 at junction 4b onto M4 Westbound. Follow the directions above from M4. SAT NAV Reference:
