BootCamp Class

Our BootCamp class features a mixture of aerobic exercises, strength training and military-style drills. This can include quick bursts of push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, crunches, or sprints, followed by interludes of softer activity.

You’ll be completing this 30-minute workout at our Slough gym in the open air, no matter the weather, so dress appropriately.
