Pilates Class

Pilates is a gentle exercise which focuses on training core strength and balance, and works the whole body physically and mentally. During a class you’ll complete low-intensity stretches and exercises which strengthen muscles.

It’s suitable for all fitness levels and ages, and an hour-long Pilates class is available at our Langley gym.
